Reinhard Fluri

Reinhard Fluri grew up at the foot of the Jura mountains, where he still lives and works today. He trained as a graphic designer at the Biel School of Applied Arts. He then worked as a commercial artist and illustrator. Since 1992 he has devoted himself entirely to painting.

The artist's extraordinary talent and imagination trigger a fascination that is impossible to escape. Fluri works with light, surreal fantasy and an idealized, free nature. Both in his densely composed, hyperrealistic depictions of nature and in his surreal compositions, he creates an exciting new reality with meticulous attention to detail.
