Stano Cerny

Visual Artist, originally from Slovakia, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava and resident in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, since 2005, he has participated in various collective and individual exhibitions, including the 1988 Venice Biennale at the Czechoslovakia Pavilion, as well as Art Basel, Switzerland in 1990 and La Biennale Rufino Tamayo, Mexico in 2016. He has participated in more than 50 art residencies, including Cité Internationale des Arts, in Paris in 1998 and 2000.
